Commissioning of an Automated Haematology Analyzer

• A new haematology analyzer received through Austrian grant scheme was installed in the proposed medical diagnostic laboratory of the Department of MLS at Divinaguma building, Peradeniya. A demonstration workshop held for the staff on 03.09.2019 to introduce and to provide training on new analyzer. The medical diagnostic laboratory will be opened for community soon and key preparations are undergoing at the moment. Academic staff, technical officers, laboratory attendants attached to the department MLS participated for this event and Biomed Scientific officials organized this.
